  • After a succesfull first summer running our Marc Lammers coaching field hockey camps we received some great responses from the participated players:

  1. "Marc Lammers camp, by far has been the best hockey camp I've been to.  They teach you new, advanced skills and how to execute them properly.  I learned more in the first two days of this camp than I have in all my other camps, combined.  It was challenging and fun.  I loved it!"

I just wanted to thank you for providing the girls with the chance to work with the Dutch coaches.  I don't know how well you know Casey, but she is not one to say something just to be nice.  She is more of a glass is half empty kind of kid.  So when she told me how much she learned and how great the camp was, I knew it was a fantastic experience for her.  The Valley Styx girls executed many of their new skills this weekend at Keystones as they completely dominated the Youth division to win the gold for coach Defalco.  (They won the final 4-0...3 out of the 4 were scored by Valley Styx players.)

    Thanks again for helping to raise the level of play for all the girls in the club.  You are doing a great job at it!!!

  3. Camp was a blast from beginning to end ! I was just coming back from an injury due to field hockey and was nervous to play again, but they made me feel so comfortable to play again I got right back into the swing of things! I Learned so much from them, but my favorite was the shooting. I will most definitely use the skills I learned at camp for my season this year!

  4. I thought that the Dutch camp was very fun and helpful. I learned a lot while i was there. I liked how there was a goalie coach and training. I learned ariels, dive, and different ways to clear the ball. It was a great camp.

Marc Lammers coaching (MLc)

MLc is a unique and highly professional program that Winning Mood is bringing to the USA and other countries outside Holland.

Marc Lammers, the program director, has a unique way of training and coaching players and coaches. His insight in the game and his always renewing vision on training and coaching made him and his Dutch National team very successful over the last 10 years.

Marc was the coach of the Dutch National field hockey team that won silver in Athens and gold in Beijing at the Olympic games. Based on that experience Marc developed a unique Dutch way on training and coaching not only for top level players but also for grass root, select, high school and college field hockey players.

Marc joined together with his technical director Eric Verboom Winning Mood and 2010 is the first year we will start bringing this MLC program to the US.

The MLC program consists out of 4 pillars:

  1. Player development programs
  2. Coach development programs
  3. Travel
  4. And more……………….

All 4 pillars together form a unique concept in which total field hockey development support for individual players, coaches, clubs, high schools and colleges is available.
